It’s that time of year when you may be looking for something special to gift your loved ones. Sort out your gift-giving in this 3-hour workshop - create your own lino block to print on items of clothing, cotton products, or cards. You will learn the basics of block printing, from designing your block to hand printing it on fabric for a clean finish. You’ll leave with some completed items, along with your own carved blocks to keep the printing going.

Bring in your own fabric items to print on: jeans, t shirts, pillowcases, napkins, tea towels, tote bags etc. Must be cotton or linen, to withstand ironing on high heat to set the ink. All other materials will be provided.

FOR PAST STUDENTS: If you’ve taken a block printing class with me before you are welcome to join for a self-directed session. Bring in your own items to print on, and you can use my tools, materials and inks to keep working independently on your own projects.
